Will knew during his time at university that he didn't want to follow the path of a corporate career. But it took him some time to figure out that it wasn't enough to be running away from something. To truly get on the path to finding a fulfilling life he had to be running to something.
After suffering bouts of depression and anxiety, Will found meditation and yoga and headed down the spiritual path of self-inquiry and personal development, resulting in huge shifts in his mindset.
As Will and I discuss, mindset is often overlooked, but it's a key factor in developing the awareness to get out of your own way and take steps to live the life you want to live. Not the life everyone else thinks you should live.
